Michael Bernadino, is a 30-year veteran of the securities industry, He is a
Managing Partner of Triune capital Advisors, LLC.

He began his career in 1974 as a Compliance Assistant with Morgan Stanley
(formerly Dean Witter Reynolds). In 15 years with the firm, he held positions of Senior Compliance Officer, Compliance Registered Options Principal, Manager of the Compliance Blue Sky Unit and Vice President - Assistant Director of Retail and Capital Markets Compliance.

In 1990 he joined the firm of Charles Schwab and Co. as Director of Retail Compliance. In this role Michael managed the compliance effort for the firm's discount retail business.

In 1992 Michael became the Managing Director of Compliance for Wachovia Securities. His responsibility as Managing Director was the oversight of Wachovia's Retail and Capital Markets business.

In 2001 Michael joined Bank of America and served as Senior Vice President in Corporate Compliance. He managed Compliance Support Strategies, which are centralized functions related to the licensing and registration of securities professionals, review of security marketing and sales materials, oversight of associated personal trading accounts, and control of the information walls between public and non-public information.

Mr. Bernadino's security qualifications and licenses include: Series 7, 4, 5, 12, 14, 15, 24, 53 and 63.
