M. Jennings Partners, LLC was founded in January, 2004 by Malcolm Jennings Prochaska to provide institutional investors an alternative to the current lineup of brokers, traders and dealers. Offering securities through Triune Capital Advisors, LLC and clearing through Penson Financial, Malcolm is able to provide outstanding order execution and other valued institutional services by drawing upon his 20 plus years of industry experience. Having spent 14 of these years as a NASDAQ market maker, he has handled most every type and size of order. Malcolm combines an understanding of “market mechanics” with multiple liquidity access portals and time taught trading techniques to provide institutional clients the professional handling of their valued orders at competitive rates. Additionally, fund clients enjoy customized news, research, and information compiling services developed from buy and sell side contacts as well as third party providers. His network of industry contacts built over the years provides a unique, diversified sounding board for researching specific ideas and broad investment themes.
