John Cervantes, Financial Advisor
John Cervantes focuses on putting the right investments in place to ensure his clients a continuous flow of income in retirement. John works with a diverse client base and is skilled in providing comprehensive financial tactics to meet the
individual needs of his clients. He is experienced in implementing estate planning strategies to relieve the tax burden of heirs, and he is critically aware of the aging baby boomer population and the need to address longterm care planning with
each financial analysis. John specializes in 401k rollovers, as many of his clients have faced early retirement due to company outsourcing or downsizing. He is attentive to the unique financial challenges that arise from these situations and is
able to provide income solutions without his clients incurring penalties for early 401k withdrawals.
After eight years in the securities industry, John transferred his practice from A.G. Edwards to Triune Capital Advisors. He is a graduate of Clemson University and currently holds his series 7, 63, 65, Life and Health, and Longterm Care
Insurance. His civic commitments include serving on the Mecklenburg County Board of Visitors for LifeSpan, and serving as president of the Charlotte Chapter Alumni Club for The Lawrenceville School. He is an active volunteer with homeless youth at
the Salvation Army Center of Hope and also coaches soccer at Charlotte Preparatory School. John lives in Mint Hill with his wife and three children, where they are members of Philadelphia Presbyterian Church.
